Fourteen days, any reason

Withdraw from an order.

You have fourteen days from the day the object reaches you to change your mind, and you never have to say why. This form is the quickest way to tell us. An email that says the same thing counts just as much.

You do not need an account and you do not need to have signed in. The order number is on your confirmation email, and it is enough on its own.

Tell us here

Everything marked is needed to find your order. Nothing else is asked and nothing is kept beyond what the return needs.

What happens next

  1. Your withdrawal counts from the moment you send this, so the fourteen days are met even if we answer tomorrow.
  2. You get a written confirmation by email, with the return address and how to pack the object.
  3. Send it back within fourteen days of telling us. You pay the return postage, unless the object was not what the page said it was, in which case we do.
  4. You get your money back within fourteen days of telling us, to the card you paid with. We may wait until the object is back with us, or until you have shown it is on its way — whichever comes first.

If you would rather write it yourself

This is the model withdrawal form. You are free to use it, and just as free to ignore it and write a plain email saying you are withdrawing — that is worth exactly as much.

To Unseend, [ADDRESS], [POSTCODE AND CITY], the Netherlands, [EMAIL]: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: — Ordered on / received on: — Name of consumer: — Address of consumer: — Signature of consumer (only if this form is sent on paper): — Date:

What this does not cover

Two things sit outside the fourteen days, and they are the only two. A sealed recording — a record, a tape, a disc — once the seal is broken. And anything made or altered to your own specification. Everything else on this shop can go back, including objects you have taken out of the box and handled.

You may examine an object the way you would in a shop. If you go further than that and the object is worth less for it, we may hold that difference back from the refund — and we will tell you exactly what and why rather than simply paying less.

Something arrived broken or is not what the page said? That is not a withdrawal, it is a fault, and it is covered for longer and costs you nothing. Guarantee and returns explains the difference.
