That address is postal and registered. It is not a shop, and there is nothing to walk into.

What we sell

Objects made before now, bought second-hand, tested before they are listed and photographed as they are. Each one is a single object — when it is sold, it is sold.

Every object here is intended for collectors of 14 years of age and above. It is sold to be used and to be looked at, not for play, and it was made long before the standards that now apply to products for children.

What the page says is what you get

The condition paragraph names every mark we found and everything we tested. If an object arrives materially different from its page, that is our problem and we fix it.

Prices are in euros. Most objects here are sold under the margin scheme for second-hand goods, so VAT is not shown separately and cannot be deducted. Where VAT does apply, it is shown at checkout.

Ordering

A bag does not reserve anything. An object is yours when the payment completes, and the confirmation email is the contract between us. If two people buy the same object in the same minute, the first payment wins and the second is refunded in full, the same day.

We may refuse an order. If we do, you get your money back and a reason.

Returns and guarantee

Fourteen days to change your mind, three months' guarantee, both set out on the guarantee page, both on top of the rights you already have.

If something goes wrong

Write to business@unseend.com first. Most things are settled the same day.

Dutch law applies. If we cannot sort it out between us, the court in the district where you live can hear it. If you would rather not go to court, the European Commission keeps a list of approved consumer dispute bodies at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu, and the European Consumer Centre can help with a purchase made across a border. The EU's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and no longer exists.
