How a sale happens

Every object is one of one. Adding it to a bag does not hold it; the sale is made when payment completes, and at that moment the object leaves the shop for everybody else.

Prices include Dutch VAT. Most objects here are sold under the margin scheme for second-hand goods, which means VAT is not stated separately on the invoice. New stock and anything made by Unseend is sold with VAT stated normally.

What we promise about a description

Everything written on an object page is either checked or absent. Where something has not been tested, the page says so.

Photographs are of the object you will receive. Never of another example, never of a catalogue image.

Prices and errors

If an object is listed at an obviously wrong price we may cancel the order and refund it in full rather than honour it. This has to be said and we would rather never use it.

Law

Dutch law applies. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under European law.
