Questions sellers ask
Which pieces do you buy?
Working cameras, lenses, watches, audio and design objects. Cameras from our list get an offer on the spot; everything else we price by hand within one working day.
What if I'm not sure it works?
Choose Not sure. We take 5% off and test it. If it does not work, it comes back to you at our cost. Broken pieces we only buy as part of a collection.
What if it isn't as I described?
You get a new offer with a short note on what we found. Take it, or get your piece back. Return shipping is on us.
How do I pack it?
Bubble wrap around each piece, lenses capped, batteries out, in a sturdy box. The label in our email is insured.
How fast am I paid?
Within 48 hours of arrival. Bank transfers usually land the same day. Unseend credit comes as a gift card by email, with 15% on top. Spend it over as many orders as you like: whatever you do not use stays on the card, and it does not expire.
Who can sell to you?
Anyone aged 18 or older, wherever they live, selling things that are theirs to sell.
I live outside the Netherlands
We buy from anywhere. Within the EU the label is free and insured, the same as at home. From outside the EU the offer you see is an estimate: we confirm it by email once we know the import costs, then arrange the shipment and the customs papers with you, and we pay for it. Offers are in euros; we pay out by bank transfer to any account.
