Medium format cameras for 120 film

Medium format uses 120 roll film, which gives a negative several times the size of 35mm: 6x4.5, 6x6 or 6x7 centimetres depending on the camera. More detail, a different way of seeing, and fewer frames per roll.

Each listing names the format, the lens and the film back, and says how the camera looks and how it works.

Is 120 film still made?

Yes. Colour negative, slide and black and white film in 120 are all still in production, and most labs that develop 35mm develop 120 as well.

How many photographs are on a roll?

Fifteen or sixteen at 6x4.5, twelve at 6x6 and ten at 6x7.
