Every object Unseend sells is intended for collectors of fourteen years of age and above. It is sold to be used and to be looked at, not for play, and it was made long before the standards that now apply to products for children.
Each object is checked before it is photographed and again before it is packed, but a machine this age can still develop a fault. If anything behaves unexpectedly, stop using it and write to Unseend.
Use only the batteries stated on the page and remove them when the object is stored. Anything that connects to the mains should be checked by a qualified person if you are unsure of your supply.
It works as described and arrives as photographed, or Unseend repairs, replaces or refunds it. Three months, on top of the rights you already have under European consumer law, which are not affected.
Fourteen days to change your mind, for everyone, everywhere, and you never have to say why. Packed and sent within two working days, tracked, and insured above a threshold. Import duty is calculated and paid at checkout, so the courier collects nothing at the door.
Guarantee and returns in full · withdraw from an order · shipping and duties.

This object was already on the European market before it came here. Unseend is the seller, and this is the address for anything to do with its safety. Sold and shipped by the same business. The address is postal and registered, not a shop; visits are by appointment.
